Chompie’s Recognizes Jewish High Holidays with Authentic Cuisine
Offering Rosh Hashanah Dinner and Yom Kippur “Break the Fast” Menu
Chompie’s – Arizona’s New York Deli Since 1979 – is proud to offer their traditional Rosh Hashanah Dinner and Yom Kippur “Break the Fast” menu. Over 100,000 Jewish people are reported to be living in Arizona, according to The Jewish Virtual Library.
This year, the Borenstein family travelled to Israel where they were inspired to bring back authentic Jerusalem challah bread to Arizona for the first time. The bread – which has become a popular item in the outdoor markets of Israel – contains lots of seeds, including black sesame, poppy, sunflower, and pumpkin. The new Marzipan challah also includes almond paste inside.
